No returns/exchanges on SALE items.
Please enclose your original receipt.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:
- the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
- the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase date; and
- the original reciept as proof of purchase is provided.
Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- are faulty (unless caused by you);
- have been wrongly described by No. 4;
- is different to the goods that you ordered;
All returns and exchanges must be returned to No. 4 eboutique within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
Goods are deemed faulty if they have been damaged in transit, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Goods will be returned by No. 4 to the relevant manufacturer. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear & tear are not considered to be faulty, and this will be at No. 4 and the manufacturers discretion.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like an exchange of your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
EBOUTIQUE RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping must be prepaid with traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. No. 4 Boutique Ltd take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
No. 4 will reimburse the original shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

All orders are shipped using tracked courier packages. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
If you refuse a shipment from No. 4 Boutique Ltd you must pay for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to No. 4 Boutique Ltd. This amount will be deducted from your refund.Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We offer shipping within NZ at a flat rate of $7 per package.
EBOUTIQUE SHIPPING TIME
Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped within 24-48 hours.
Shipping time to NZ is 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and No. 4 Boutique Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends.Orders are subject to availability.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. Goods depart the No. 4 premise deemed in perfect saleble condition.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Our store may use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
